1. Are you a real business?
Yes, we are a real, family-owned flower shop—not a big, impersonal website! We understand you may have been burned by some larger names online, but we are a local small business ran by the two owners pictured on the front page.
Here’s what makes us different:
- Every order is handcrafted with love and care.
- We’re so confident in our work that we send you a photo of your arrangement before it’s delivered.

2. Where are you located?
We’re located at 977 S Santa Fe Ave, Ste 7, Vista, CA 92083.
Important Note: Since we run our own deliveries, we often have to step out. If you’d like to visit the shop, please call or email us ahead of time to make sure we’re here—we don’t want to miss you!
3. How can I contact you?

- By Email: We respond quickly—often within the hour!
- By Phone: You can call us at 760-216-6855, but since we handle all our own deliveries and customers, email is much faster.
4. What are the different sizes: Standard, Deluxe, Premium, Luxe, and Elite?
We offer several size options to fit your needs and budget:
- Standard: The size and value as pictured in the product photo.
- Deluxe: More blooms for added fullness and a slightly larger arrangement.
- Premium: A greater variety of flowers for a more striking arrangement.
- Luxe: A luxurious upgrade with premium blooms and a grander presentation.
- Elite: The most extravagant option, with an abundance of premium flowers designed to make a statement.

5. Do you carry [specific flower]?
We typically carry a wide variety of flowers, but if you’re looking for something specific, email or call us at least a day in advance (not on a Sunday, wholesalers are closed). Thanks to our wide network of farmers and wholesalers around the world, we can usually source exactly what you need.
Some flowers we often carry in limited quantities, but may need a day or two to source include: Peonies, Garden Roses, Ranunculus, Anemones, Hydrangeas, Orchids, Calla Lilies, Delphiniums, Lisianthus, Sweet Peas, Proteas, Dahlias, stargazer lilies
6. How far in advance should I place my order?
- For most orders: Try to place your order at least 1–2 days in advance to ensure availability.
- For custom arrangements or events: Contact us as soon as possible to secure your date and discuss your needs.
- For holidays like Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day: These are our busiest times, so we recommend ordering at least a week ahead to guarantee delivery.
7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do offer same-day delivery for most orders, depending on availability. Same day orders are more likely to have subsitutions, but not always. If you are able to place an order on our website- we are able to accept more orders for the day. If the website does not allow it, we likely ran out of delivery slots for the day, but call or email us to check.
If you’re in a pinch, email us at hello@flowerssongsandgifts.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
8. What are your delivery times?
Our delivery day typically starts at 9:00 AM and finishes before we head home for the day.
On Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, deliveries begin as early as 8:30 AM to make sure we can reach everyone on time.
Here’s what to know:
- We always use our best judgment when delivering.
- If no one is home, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot when possible, especially on busy holidays when we may not be able to return.
- If you’re flexible with your delivery time, let us know in the delivery notes—it helps us plan!
9. Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, and many other nearby areas. We do not deliver to Camp Pendleton.
10. Do you deliver flowers to hospitals or funeral homes?
Absolutely! Here’s what we need to make your delivery seamless:
- For hospitals: Provide the patient’s full name and room number. Make sure they’re still admitted and allowed to receive flowers.
- For funeral homes: Share the name of the deceased, the funeral home’s name, and the date and time of the service.

11. Do you offer flowers for weddings or events?
We love weddings! It’s such a joy to bring your vision to life for one of the most special days of your life.
- Average Budgets: Most of our brides spend between $3,000–$6,000, but we’re happy to work with any budget.
- What We Offer: From bouquets and centerpieces to arches and installations, we can create anything you dream of.
- How to Start: Submit a super quick inquiry form and we will get back to you within a few days with a Mood Board and Estimate.

12. Can you create custom arrangements?
Yes! Custom arrangements are one of our specialties.
- Let us know your preferred colors, style, or specific flowers, and we’ll create something unique just for you.
- Email us, or call us to discuss your custom order!
13. What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?
We’ll always use our best judgment!
- If it’s safe, we’ll leave the arrangement in a shaded spot and notify you.
- For business deliveries, we’ll leave the flowers with a receptionist or front desk.
- On holidays like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we may leave flowers if we can’t return due to our busy schedule.
14. What if I’m not happy with my order?
We take pride in our work and want you to love your flowers! That's why we always send a photo of the arrangement, unlike many of the large order gathering websites. If there’s an issue, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
15. Do you offer subscriptions for flowers?
Yes! Our floral subscriptions are perfect for brightening up your home or office regularly or giving as a thoughtful gift.
- Choose your frequency: weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
- We deliver fresh, seasonal blooms that make every day a little more beautiful.

16. Do you offer non-floral gifts?
Yes, we do! In addition to flowers, we offer:

17. Do you have eco-friendly or sustainable options?
Yes, sustainability is important to us! We work with local farmers and minimize waste wherever possible. If you’d like an arrangement with eco-friendly packaging or locally sourced flowers, just let us know.
18. Can you deliver to hotels or Airbnbs?
Absolutely! For hotel or Airbnb deliveries, please provide the following:
- The recipient’s name
- The hotel/Airbnb address
- The reservation name (if different)
- Room number (if applicable)
